Continental American Breakfast

Looking forward to exploring Seattle with Linda's friends Kevin and Joan today. I explained to our tour guide this morning that we wouldn't join the tour and would make our own way to the dock tomorrow and he looked distinctly envious. I almost expected him to ask if he could join us. Might explain something of the experience Linda has had so far with Nexus which I've managed to avoid and she will no doubt fill you in on.

Fortified by our brown, yellow and white breakfast we are well prepared for a nanna nap...

But seriously we just took photos and stuck with eating some cereal and an English muffin respectively. I honestly don't know how scurvy is not rampant in these parts or how some of the people we saw this morning are still alive. Here's just a little taste - more that looks pretty much like this.
Donuts and cakes for breakfast. Waffles to the right out of shot

And Gravy

Biscuits

  1. I didn't think I would ever say this to the travelling duo who, in the past, have shown us mouth watering feasts about to be devoured but " Oh dear, that looks horrible". How many more breakfasts do you have to survive on tour? Yuk, yuk - but perhaps this was a trick. It may be wonderful, fruit filled, nutritional and colourful breakfast in the future. Unlikely for the days in the U.S.; possibility in Canada.
